$1 Billion Star Wars land of Disney World nearing completion

The Star Wars land of Disney World which is worth $1 Billion is almost complete and fans are getting excited to take a glimpse.

Photos of the nearing completion which surfaced on social media added excitement to the fans of Disney and the movie series Star Wars.

The Disney World is set to feature a new section of its amusement park intended for the science-fiction movie.

According to the report from Daily Mail, the new structure in a 14-acre land is worth a whopping $1 billion.

The new addition, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, to the Disney World is expected to be finished by August 29.

Four months before the most-awaited opening, aerial shot of the much-anticipated Star Wars land surfaced.

It can be seen in the photos that there are several steeples and round-topped towers. It will be known as Black Spire Outpost –  an imaginary village that will now be an extension of the Star Wars world.

The architecture of Middle Eastern cities, including Istanbul and Jerusalem, is the inspiration of this portion of the amusement park.

Aerial photos also showed some cranes and excavators with the installation of highly-anticipated and technologically-groundbreaking rides, based on the report.

At Disneyland in Anaheim, California is set to open a near-identical Star Wars land this end of April.

However, the cost of visiting the amusement park went higher. Visitors will pay $104 on a regular day, meaning weekdays. On holidays and weekends, visiting the Star Wars land is worth $149.
