Netizens React on Kris Aquino’s Decision to Take Time Off From Instagram
KRIS AQUINO – Netizens reacted on the decision of Kris Aquino to take a break from using her Instagram account.
Actress, tv host, and product indorser Kris Aquino is one of the most famous personalities in the Philippines.
The 48-years-old actress is the daughter of the late Senator Ninoy Aquino and former President Cory Aquino. She has two sons named Bimby and Joshua.
Previously, Kris Aquino revealed that she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and unfinished legal battle with her ex-project manager Nicko Falcis.
On Tuesday, April 9, the Queen of All Media decided to lay low from using her Instagram account.
Kris Aquino wrote a long caption revealing her “real depression” because of her complicated medical diagnosis. She said it has been consuming her.
The actress expressed that she will be taking time off from social media and needs some mending.
“I want to stop pretending I’m okay. I need to make peace with all that’s broken within me. And I need to do that PRIVATELY,” she said.
Kris Aquino said she’ll return on using social media when she’s ready and the comments will be disabled. She also deleted the Instagram applications on her two cellphones.
“Comments shall be turned off, di ko rin naman mababasa, because the IG app on my 2 phones will for now be deleted. IG is my sole sovereign digital territory,” she said.
