What To Prepare:

  • Original Sales Invoice or Commercial Invoice issued by the Country of Origin
  • Appropriate Insurance Certificate of Cover
  • Original Certificate of Stock Reported (CSR)
  • Original PNP-HPG MV Clearance Certificate

What To Do:

  1. Visit an LTO branch with your requirements and go to the transaction counters. Have your documents checked by the person in charged for the evaluation and computation of payments.
  2. Go to the cashier and wait for your name to be called. Once your name has been called, proceed and pay for the fees and receive your copy of the Official Receipt (OR).
  3. Go to the Releasing Counter and receive your Certificate of Registration, RFID or stickers, and plates.
