Latest Weather Updates in PH Released by PAGASA
The state weather bureau PAGASA announced that the easterlies would affect the weather condition over the entire Philippines.
On Thursday (April 4, 2019), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) released the newest and the latest weather updates in the country.
The weather agency reported that the entire Philippines would be under the influence of the easterlies.
PAGASA said that the easterlies would bring partly cloudy to cloudy weather conditions over the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, central Luzon and Mindanao.
It would also bring partly cloudy conditions over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
The weather bureau also warned the public to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods due to severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the extreme northern Luzon would be moderate to occasionally rough.
Moderate to occasionally rough waters are expected over the eastern sections of the country.
Slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions are expected over the remaining parts of the country, according to the weather bureau.
