Total Numbers of Registered Voters For 2019 Midterm Elections
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) data shows the estimated total numbers of registered voters for the upcoming 2019 midterm elections.
Most of the senatorial candidates were already busy making preparations and conducting campaign programs to earn the sympathy of voters.
The candidates were doing their best to capture the hearts of Filipino people before the upcoming midterm elections on May 13, 2019.
However, who will come out to vote in the 2019 elections? Comelec reveals their data showing the expected number of voters.
According to Comelec, around 61,843,750 Filipinos are registered voters expected to participate on May 2019 polls.
Here are the numbers of registered voters by age.
- Generation X (1960s-1980s) – 19,911,867 (32%)
- Milleninials & Generation Z (Mid-90s & 2000s) – 18,847,230 (31%)
- Baby Boomers – 17,216,364 (28%)
- 65-year-old & above – 5,868,289 (9%)
32,918,339 or more than half of all registered voters nationwide are 39 years old and below.
1,822,173 of Filipino voters were from overseas, while there are over 31,816,797 female and 30,026,953 male voters.
