Here is the answer of John Estrada to the question if he tried to prevent Mylene Dizon to transfer to GMA Network.

It can be recalled that the two celebrities were co-stars in the Kapamilya primetime series The Good Son. However, a conflict arose between them which allegedly led to the slapping incident.

Based on a previous report, John and Mylene allegedly had a quarrel and so the slapping incident happened.

On the other hand, the actor denied the rumors and said that he would not pay attention to these kinds “mababaw na write-up”.

Amid the issue, John Estrada’s character exited from the Kapamilya series and rumors about his network transfer started to circulate.

When The Good Son lead actor Joshua Garcia was asked about the alleged John-Mylene conflict on the set, he said he was not in the position to say something about it.

Now that Mylene also transferred to GMA, John was asked if he hindered it to happen.

During a recent interview, a reporter asked the actor jokingly if he tried to prevent Mylene’s transfer.

“Hindi… hindi po tayo ganun!” at tumawa si John. “Wala po tayong ganyan. I’m too blessed to do that. Hindi po tayo ganun,” John said, based on PEP’s report.

When asked to react to the possibility of working with Mylene Dizon, John Estrada said: “Huwag na siguro. Hindi naman sa ayaw, pero huwag na, di ba? Andami naman diyan na puwede niyang makasama at puwede kong makasama, di ba?”

Meanwhile, he said that Mylene also has a family and that she also needs a job.
