Recently, Dayanara revealed that she’s battling with skin cancer and shared the news through her Facebook account.
A lot of fans and supporters of Dayanara Torres felt devastated following her news on social media.
“My fiancé Louis had been begging me to have it checked & finally made an appointment himself… after a biopsy & a second surgery last Tuesday the results unfortunately are positive.”
“Now we are waiting to see which treatment I will be receiving but they have already removed a big area from the back of my knee & also they have removed 2 lymph nodes at the top of my leg where it had already spread. Hoping it has not spread to any more areas or organs,” she added.
Amid Dayanara Torres’ battle with skin cancer, her Marvel exec fiancé named Louis d’Esposito allegedly called it quits with the beauty queen.
Based on a report from Philstar, Louis broke up with Dayanara via telephone on the same day she revealed that she was diagnosed with cancer.
On Dayanara’s Instagram account, a photo of her and her fiancé can be seen on the background. But on her latest post, it can be noticed that their photo was no longer in the background.
Apart from their photo together, it was also noticed that Dayanara Torres was not wearing her engagement ring anymore.
According to the report, the beauty queen’s fiancé expressed that her illness was “too much” for him and he had a lot of work to finish.
