GSIS INSURANCE POLICY LOAN – Here is a simple guide on how to apply for a life insurance loan to Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) as an LEP or ELP-insured member.

The Government Service Insurance System or more commonly known as the GSIS holds a lot of members. Most of its members are employees of the state agencies and sectors.

The GSIS members pay for monthly contribution. When they reach the retirement age, they may be eligible for a monthly pension. It is one of the privileges offered by the social security insurance program.

Step 2 – Fill-in the Life Insurance Loan Application Form with accurate and factual data. Read the Terms and Conditions stated in the form.

Step 3 – If you agree with the Terms and Conditions stated and want to push through with your loan application, sign at the bottom of the form. Also, provide your TIN number and indicate the date you signed the application form.

Step 4 – Proceed to any branch of the GSIS for the filing of your application to GSIS Insurance Policy Loan. You will be assisted by a receiving personnel who will check your documents and eligibility.
