Karla gave birth to his son Daniel Padilla, whose father is Rommel Padilla, when she was 18 years old. Then she had her children Jose Carlito, Margaret, and Carmella from different fathers.
Apparently, the actress-host had a few unsuccessful romantic relationships in the past. However, Karla admitted during the press conference of her latest movie Familia Blondina that she has a boyfriend who is now in Colorado, California.
“Ngayon medyo aabutin muna ng tatlong taon bago bumalik. Kasi doon may bagong negosyong tinayo,” she shared.
Karla also said that though having a long-distance relationship is new to her, still there is an advantage.
“Bago ‘to sa akin. Kaya sabi ko, walang masyadong expectations, hindi ko nilalaliman ang pagmamahalan, ang layo e,” the actress-host said.

In between her revelation about the current status of her love life, she said that she is not really fond of sharing things about this aspect of her life.
More than having someone to love as a partner, Karla said that she is blessed to have things that make her happy.
“Basta okay ako, happy ako, higit sa lahat, may love life o wala, sa estado ng buhay ko ngayon, maayos ang mga anak ko, wala na akong hihilingin,” she said.
