4 Explosions Take Place in Mindanao Before BOL 2nd Plebiscite

Mindanao reportedly experienced four(4) explosions before the 2nd plebiscite of the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL).

Undeniably, there are several recent happenings in Mindanao that are really alarming. One is the twin “blasts” that happened in a church in Jolo, Sulu.

The incident left at least 20 people dead and more than 100 individuals injured. It sparked public cry for justice and the authorities continues to trace the people responsible over the incident.

Recently, explosions took place again in several areas in Mindanao. Based on a report on CNN, four(4) incidents were recorded and they happened a day before the 2nd plebiscite of the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL).

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has schedule two dates for the plebiscite – the first day of BOL plebiscite was on January 21, 2019 while the second one is today, February 6, 2019.

A day before the 2nd BOL plebiscite, an explosion reportedly took place along the road in Talayan, Maguindanao.

According to Lanao del Norte Police Community Relations Head Clnsp. Salman Saad, another one happened in front of the municipal hall’s auditorium in the town of Kauswagan and one in front of a highway gas station in the town of Lala.

Based on the report, the latest recorded incident of the four(4) happened in Sultan Naga Dimaporo. Fortunately, there were no records of deaths caused by the incidents.
