BLACKPINK – K-pop group BLACKPINK displayed an astounding performance in their first concert in the Philippines.

South Korean all-girl group BLACKPINK is one of the famous Korean artists who dominated the world including the Philippines.

The members of the K-pop group are Rose, Jennie, Jisoo and Lisa. They are the performers behind the hit songs “DDU-DU DDU-DU,” “BOOMBAYAH,” and “As If It’s Your Last” among others.

Following a previous article, the It’s Showtime host Anne Curtis gave away 34 tickets of the BLACKPINK concert in Manila.

The actress posted a picture along with the winners of the concert tickets on her Twitter account.

Based on a report from Manila Bulletin, the BLACKPINK girl group succeeded on their first ever concert in the Philippines.

The Mall of Asia Arena as packed with the Filipino K-pop fans of the Korean group. The “2019 World Tour: In Your Area in Manila” concert was filled with thousands of fans.

According to the report, as the BLACKPINK group appear on the stage, the venue thundered with loud cheer by the fans.

On their opening song, they performed the “DDU-DU DDU-DU” song which gathered 600 million views on Youtube.

Forever Young” was their second song and after it ended, they greeted all the Filipino fans who went to the concert.

Ako po si Jisoo,” “Ako po si Jennie,” Ako po si Rose” and “Ako po si Lisa,” the BLACKPINK group said. They also said they felt very excited to perform in the country and have fun.

Based on the report, the concert lasted for about two hours. They danced and cover some song by different artists like Zedd, Beatles, Dua Lipa, and Wonder Girls among others.

The Korean group surely triumphed on their concert in the Philippines. The fans are undoubtedly happy to see their idols perform live.
