CHINESE NEW YEAR 2019 – Here are some of the things you might probably don’t know yet about this year’s Chinese New Year.

The start of the Lunar year begins in February and the Chinese people are not only the ones to get to celebrate the Chinese New Year – it would be 1/6th of the whole world. The Year of the Pig begins on Tuesday February 5, 2019 and the celebrations will last until February 19.

As each year is denoted with the Chinese 12 year animal zodiac, this year 2019 will be the Year of the Pig while last year was the Year of the Dog. The Pig is the twelfth sign in the zodiac and the people born in the Pig year (1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995, 2007, 2019) are accordingly independent, sincere, loyal and decisive, who aren’t afraid of difficulties in life and enjoy harmonious relationships with those surrounding them.
