And now, their next project will be in the first ever zombie flick of the Star Cinema directed by Mikhail Red and they are hoping not to have the same tragic fate this time in their film.

The director says that this will be a “game-changer” and to feature “fast zombies” thus, faster paces of chasing and exciting scenes. He said, “Hindi ito parang ‘Walking Dead’ na living corpse –dito mas infected sila, mas enraged so mas high-energy ito and mas fast-paced. Talagang full speed iyong habulan at takbuhan.”

According to a tease from the film director himself, it will be about a group whose trapped inside a university quarantined because of a mysterious infection. They will be then find their way out using makeshift weapons and objects they can find.

Other casts that will join JoshLia are Ian Veneracion, Ina Raymundo, Maris Racal, Yves Flores, Dimples Romana, McCoy De Leon, and among others. The shooting of the film will be in a certain university in Metro Manila and there is yet no target date for the releasing of the film as Red does not want to rush it.

Red also wrote in a Twitter post, “This all star cast will face the zombie apocalypse. Who will survive? Shotguns, smoke grenades, fire axe to the face, butcher’s cleaver cut off the arm of a zombie librarian, defibrillator shock your bestfriend, zombie school mascot! Are you guys ready for the ride of your life!?”

What can you say about this?
