Last 2017, seven Senators had zero expense on foreign trips. They are Joel Villanueva, Antonio Trillanes IV, Sonny Angara, Manny Pacquiao, Vicente Sotto, Francis Pangilinan, and the detained senator Leila de Lima.
According to the report, the expenses were recorded from January 1 to December 31, 2017, titled “Itemized List of Expenses for Each Senator.”
The person spent the lowest amount of public money is Senator Francis Escudero. He only used P121, 562.00.

Richard Gordon – P1,429,682.39
Former Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano (January 1 – May 30, 2017) – P1,128,041.50
Based on the report, the big spender of all the senators was Senate President Koko Pimentel and former Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon.
Drilon used P1,801,422.50 public money for foreign trips while Pimentel spent P3,947,530.60.
