Chiz Escudero Files Candidacy with Wife Heart Evangelista by his Side
HEART EVANGELISTA – Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista accompanied Senator Chiz Escudero as he filed his candidacy for the upcoming 2019 elections.
Recently, lots of people have filed their candidacy for the upcoming 2019 elections. One of them is Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero, the husband of actress Heart Evangelista.
Escudero’s term as Senator is about to end and for the upcoming election, he will take a bid for a local government post in the province of Sorsogon.
Before becoming a member of the Senate, Sen. Chiz Escudero has served as the congressman of the first district of Sorsogon for three terms. The husband of Heart Evangelista has served the district from 1998 to 2007.
Recently, a social media post revealing the filing of Sen. Escudero of his candidacy crossed the Facebook page Chiz Escudero. Based on the post, he will run for governor of Sorsogon.
The Senator and Mayor Manuel “Wowo” Fortes will be running mates in the upcoming election. Together with his entire running mates, they filed their Certificate of Candidacy (COC) at the Commission on Election (COMELEC) Sorsogon Provincial Office.
Heart Evangelista accompanied her husband, Sen. Chiz Escudero, as he filed his COC for the 2019 elections. Many people have already expressed their support to the Senator.
