A former beauty queen takes the risks of braving the crowd just to touch the image of the Black Nazarene during Traslacion 2019.

Yesterday, the annual procession of the Black Nazarene draws millions of Filipino devotees who joined the religious event.

Most people are joining the Traslacion as a part of the Filipino culture and traditions as well as an expression of their faith and devotion.

The former beauty queen Ma. Kristina Marasigan or popularly known as Tina Marasigan braves the crowd just to touch the wooden statue.

Marasigan accepts the challenge of braving the crowd and enduring the hardships just to touch the dark-colored image.

The 29-year-old Filipina model has also shared the video and photos of her rough way to reach the Andas or carriage.
