Sen. Trillanes To Post Bail at Pasay Court Today, December 10, 2018
TRILLANES – Philippine Senator Antonio Trillanes IV arrived at the Regional Trial Court (RTC) today, December 10, 2018, to post bail.
Recently, an arrest warrant against Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV was released by a Regional Trial Court (RTC) in Davao City. The said arrest warrant is over the complaint of presidential son Paolo Duterte against him.
The presidential son and former Davao City Vice Mayor previously filed a complaint against the Senator. It was over his previous allegations that the presidential son commits corruption involving the ride-hailing companies.
Aside from the former Davao City Mayor, Attorney Manases Carpio, the husband of Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte, also filed complaints against the Senator.
Recently, the Davao court, RTC branch 54, released the arrest warrant against Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV on December 7, 2018. It was penned by judge Melinda Arconcel-Dayanghirang, the presiding judge.
In the order for the arrest of the Senator, it was stated that the Senator may post a bail of Php 24,000.00 for his release.
Based on recent social media post on the Facebook page of Inquirer, Sen. Trillanes is set to post a bail today at a Pasay Court.
According to the post, the Senator has already arrived at the Regional Trial Court in Pasay today.
