ABS-CBN, the Kapamilya network, announced the new shows and movies that will surely excite viewers in 2019.
Here are the upcoming shows and movies:
Untitled LIZQUEN Project
The Kapamilya love team LizQuen is set to do a more mature film under Black Sheep production. Liza Soberano-Enrique Gil movie will be directed by Antoinette Jadaone.
CLARITA
Jodi Sta. Maria will star in this horror movie after she did the Maria Leonora Teresa.
EERIE
Bea Alonzo will star alongside with Charo Santos in the horror-thriller film. Mikhail Red is the director of the said movie.
HEART OF MINE
This Star Cinema movie will feature Kapuso actress Jennylyn Mercado together with Richard Gutierrez and JM De Guzman.
SEARCH FOR THE IDOL PHILIPPINES
Regine Velasquez will host the ABS-CBN’s version the international format of the search for the next singing idol. Audition has already started and the judges will be announced soon.
iWant ORIGINALS
There will 9 upcoming movies that will be available on iWant streaming. These will include High, Project Feb14, Story of my Life, The End, Commuters, Touch Screen, Find The Wasabi, Jhon en Martian and Everybody Love Baby Wendy.
MEA CULPA
This thriller is under Dreamscape Entertainment Television. This will feature Jodi Sta. Maria and Bela Padilla.
Also included as cast members are Sandino Martin, Tony Labrusca, Ketchup Eusebio, Kit Thompson, and Ivana Alawi. Dan Villegas is the director of the series.
MINUTE TO WIN IT: LAST MAN STANDING
Contestants and also viewers of the show can expect new challenges. Luis Manzano will be the host of the game show.
NANG NGUMITI ANG LANGIT
The new drama series in ABS-CBN will feature the debuting child actress Sophie Reola. Kaye Abad and Cristine Reyes will join her and this will be under the direction of FM Reyes.

Also under Black Sheep Production, Arci Munoz will pair with JC Santos in this Andoy Ranay movie.
SAKALING MAGING TAYO
Another Black Sheep Production film will debut the team up of Elisse Joson and McCoy de Leon on the big screen. JP Habac is the director of this film.
THE GENERAL’S DAUGHTER
Angel Locsin comes back to primetime in an action-drama series. This project is considered to be ABS-CBN’s top-billed production in 2019.
Albert Martinez, Tirso Cruz III, Janice de Belen, Eula Valdez, Maricel Soriano, Paulo Avelino, JC de Vera, Loisa Andallo, and Ronnie Alonte join the cast.
WORLD OF DANCE PHILIPPINES
This will feature Pia Wurtzbach and Luis Manzano as the hosts while Billy Crawford, Maja Salvador and Gary Valenciano will be the judges. The winner of the this new ABS-CBN dance contest will have the chance to compete in its US version.
