NICKO FALCIS – The accused Nicko Falcis whose out of the country talked to brother Atty. Jesus Falcis and their photo surface online.
The stirring issue between Kris Aquino and her former business partner Nicardo M. Falcis III has been under the hot waters since the former shared how it took a great toll on her health.
She filed 44 counts of theft and violation of the Access Devices Regulation Act or Republic Act 8484 against him and revealed evidence such as the credit card transactions showing the amount he spent on his personal expenses.
In a message Kris expressed for Nicko, she said, “This could have been fixed. And I will reiterate that – six times nag-attempt ang side namin. Kung patuloy naman na tinatanggihan ka, eh ikaw na ‘yung naaagrabiyado, meron ng mali doon.”
