Kris Aquino Exposes Alleged Credit Card Transactions As Evidence Against Former Business Partner
KRIS AQUINO – Actress Kris Aquino exposed the alleged credit card transactions of her former business partner as evidence on her complaint.
Queen of All Media Kris Aquino revealed that her trusted business partner allegedly used her funds for his personal transactions.
Kris filed separate complaints against Nicardo M. Falcis II, her supposed project manager since 2016 for the Kris Cojuanco Aquino Productions (KCAP).
Based on the report from CNN, Kris Aquino filed 44 counts of qualified theft complaints at city prosecutors offices in Mandaluyong, San Juan, Taguig, Pasig, Makati, Manila and Quezon City.
Aquino shared a video clip on her Instagram account showing pictures of her credit card transactions allegedly used by Falcis for his personal use.
She trusted her ex-business partner enough to let him use the KCAP card but he allegedly spent ₱1.27 million worth of personal expenses without her consent.
According to the report, the credit card has a ₱2-million limit and was only meant for business purposes like paying for advertisements of brand partners posted on her social media account.
“In all, respondent had charged ₱1,270,980.31 to the KCAP Card for personal expenses without my consent”.
“Prior to my discovery of these expenses and demand for their payment, respondent neither informed me about them nor undertook or made arrangements to settle them,” Kris Aquino said in the complaint.
Kris Aquino discovered Falcis allegedly purchased cosmetic products from Mac worth ₱99,200 and 95 cups of coffee when the credit card bills were delivered to her house.
Aquino said Falcis tried to return the money to her home at the amount of ₱437,595.67 but it was short of ₱833,384.64.
Based on the report, Falcis left the country while his lawyers are now hearing and resolving her complaint at the San Juan Prosecutors office.
