VIRAL VIDEO: Sand Castle In Boracay Wrecked By Policemen Entices Attention

Video Of Policemen Demolishing A Sand Castle In Boracay Went Viral Online, Sparks Fire On Social Media

SAND CASTLE – A video of a sand castle being demolished by two policemen went viral online and was given negative feedback from netizens.

Boracay is currently open for the time being. However, there are rules and restrictions in order to keep the island clean and orderly, thus encouraging the tourists to be responsible. Regardless, there are those who still managed to violate the said rules, one of which was leaving plastic and waste everywhere.

However, there is one policy which dismayed tourists and netizens: No sand castles.

A Facebook page named “Offical: Caught On Camera” recently posted a video in which two policemen told the tourists not to make sand castles then eventually wrecked it afterwards.

This, however, made netizens upset on the said act. As of now, the video received at about 135K views, 480 reactions, and 560 shares. Here are some of their comments below:

Basta kalat bawal…

Cynthia Valdez: “Question po… so now pag ang bata gumawa ng sand castle just to express creativity bawal na? All this are family fun beach games … are these also considered threats? No family fun in Bora… I totally find this amusing. Travel agencies… I think it would be fair to all the guests that you mention the things that they cannot do… para walang disappointment.”
