Typhoon Rosita Causes Light Rockslide In Casiguran Road

The video of Typhoon Rosita carrying heavy rains and strong winds causes boulders to roll down in Baler, Dipaculao, Casiguran Road elicits comments online.

On Tuesday morning (October 30, 2018), the state weather bureau PAGASA reported that Typhoon Rosita with an international name “Yutu” made a landfall in Isabela.

Rosita has maximum sustained winds of 150 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of 230 kph.

The strong tropical cyclone devastated the province of Isabela and its nearby areas after making a landfall.

Recently, the Facebook page “UNTV News and Rescue” has uploaded the video footage of a light rockslide along Casiguran Road in Baler, Dipaculao.

In the video, it can be seen that the authorities were clearing the Casiguran Road from the boulders that rolled down due to Typhoon Rosita.

The authorities were also having difficulties in removing the boulders along the Casiguran Road in Baler, Dipaculao but still doing a job.
