Open Letter of Regine Velasquez For Network Transfer’s Bashers
REGINE VELASQUEZ – Kapamilya actress-singer Regine Velasquez posted an open letter for the bashers of her network transfer.
Regine Velasquez recently made one of the biggest decisions she has done in her life – to transfer to another network. After being a Kapuso for 20 years, Regine signed a contract with the ABS-CBN network.
Meanwhile, the Philippines’ Asia’s Songbird has nothing but gratitude for the GMA-7. She is thankful to the Kapuso network for taking care of her and her family for two decades.

Regine Velasquez and her husband, Ogie Alcasid, are now under the same networks. Many of their Kapuso and Kapamilya celebrity friends are supportive and understanding of Regine’s decision to transfer.

However, undeniably, the move of Regine Velasquez to transfer from GMA-7 to ABS-CBN network earned her bashers. Recently, the actress-singer posted an open letter for them.
Through an Instagram post, Regine told her bashers that she is really happy for her former home network and its shows but she has a suggestion to her critics.
“Maybe you guys can stop insulting me my husband and my son…”
According to Regine Velasquez, she was told that she is not part of GMA-7 and that she is after money. She is also accused of not being loyal. In her post, that actress-singer cited that she was a Kapuso for 20 years.
Regine stressed that she just transferred network and she did not take anyone’s life. She also emphasized that she is grateful to her former home network and she has made lots of memories being a Kapuso.
According to her, she gets it that the bashers hate her and they won’t watch her shows under the ABS-CBN network. She stated that she accepts it and no one is forced to do so.
