Typhoon Warning Signals Raised By PAGASA Over Some Parts Of PH
The state weather bureau PAGASA raised typhoon warning signals over some parts of the country due to the effect of Typhoon Rosita.
On Monday (October 29, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) released the latest weather updates in the country.
PAGASA reported that Typhoon Rosita with an international name “Yutu” weakened further as it moves towards Isabela-Aurora area.
Typhoon Rosita was last spotted at 540 kilometers east of Cagayan province’s Tuguegarao City and expected to make a landfall between Isabela and Aurora by Tuesday morning (October 30, 2018).
The weather disturbance has maximum sustained winds of 170 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 210 kph moving 15 kph at a west-southwest direction.
