Angel Locsin reveals her thoughts on issue about Liza Soberano’s Darna movie director’s resignation
Angel Locsin finally breaks her silence on the decision of Erik Matti to leave the Darna movie of Liza Soberano.
The prominent director revealed that the reason why he decided to resign as the director of the hero movie because of some people from the production team.
He said that there were those who want to alter the script which he worked hard perfecting for five years.
Liza has no ill feeling about Direk Erik’s resignation. Their photo together in a dinner proved that they still have a good working relationship.
Due to this, director Jerrold Tarog takes over the place left by Erik Matti.

“Honestly, wala akong masyadong balita sa Darna ngayon. Pero alam ko, ‘yun talaga ang pinakaimportanteng project ng ABS-CBN. So kung anuman ang mangyari sa Darna, alam ko na super ganda pa rin ang kakalabasan. Wala akong alam sa mga nangyayari pero excited ako na mapanood,” Angel said.
She added that Liza Soberano can expect her full support on her Darna movie.
Based on the article, Angel Locsin was the first choice of the Kapamilya network for the role of Darna. However, due to her health condition, it was not pushed through.
