Another Low-Pressure Area Near Cagayan Monitored By PAGASA
The state weather bureau PAGASA is now closely monitoring another Low-Pressure Area (LPA) spotted in East of Cagayan province.
On Monday (October 8, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) released the latest weather update in the country.
The weather agency reported that the low-pressure area was last spotted at 1,030 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan.
The weather disturbance is not expected to intensify into a tropical depression and it could not also affect the country’s weather condition.
PAGASA said that the country would have a warm weather condition today and has less chance of rain due to localized thunderstorms.
The weather bureau said that sea venturing in any coastal areas of the country is safe.
