Netizens React To September 28, 2018 PCSO Lotto Draw Experiencing Technical Glitch
PCSO LOTTO DRAW SEPTEMBER 28, 2018 – The recent draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office or PCSO Lotto experienced technical glitch.

However, while waiting for the result of the STL Swer3, a technical difficulty was experienced and it caused different reactions from the viewers of the live streaming.
The assistant draw coordinator made the announcement. According to him, a technical glitch was experienced by the machine.
The draw balls were changed and the panel of judges was asked to check on it.
On social media, many netizens undeniably complained and speculations crossed the surface. There are those who stressed that the announcement of the winner on the 6/58 Ultra Lotto takes long.

The PCSO has already released an information regarding its draw last night. For the PCSO Lotto Draw September 28, 2018, there were no winners for the UItra Lotto 6/58 and Megalotto 6/45.
For the 4-Digit Lotto, 19 bettors got the winning combination. There were 382 and 172 winners for the Swertres and EZ2 Lotto draws respectively.
