Kris Aquino Clarifies That She is Not Part of GMA’s New Show “Daddy’s Gurl”
KRIS AQUINO- Queen of All Media Kris Aquino posted on her Instagram regarding the GMA’s new show Daddy’s Gurl stating that she is not part of the casts.
Talk show host, actress, and producer Kris Aquino previously had a cameo role on Crazy Rich Asians, a novel by Kevin Kwan adopted into a movie by Warner Bros. Pictures.
Kris also starred in Star Cinema’s newly launched movie I Love You Hater with Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia. A story about two young people competing to be her personal assistant.
Recently, her name was clearly mentioned on Kapuso Philippines post on Facebook stating that she is one of the main casts of an upcoming TV program in GMA.
Actress Kris Aquino reacted by posting a video on Instagram compiled with screenshots and 5 photos of her with Maine Mendoza and statements regarding GMA’s upcoming comedy series, Daddy’s Girl.
On Kris’s post, she stressed the incorrect post of Kapuso Philippines on Facebook.
“A CLARIFICATION w/ many good wishes for their new show’s success,” the actress stated in a caption.

Kris Aquino also included her text conversation with Cris Martinez, the director of the upcoming TV program. She asked who will be casting the show and the title.
The director replied that it will be led by Vic Sotto, Maine Mendoza, and Wally Bayola. On the last part of their conversation, he invited Kris Aquino to join the upcoming TV program.
Kris Aquino was clearly not part of the movie and immediately made clear to her fans and followers on social media to stop the confusion.
On the last part of her post, made a statement regarding the misconstruction of Kapuso Philippines‘ post. She clarified and placed the words on capital letters “I AM NOT PART OF THE CAST.”
Despite that, the actress still acknowledges the people who are involved in the upcoming show. She thanked them for participating in the on professional growth and hoped that their show will be a success.
