Class Suspensions On Tuesday (September 18)
Several local government units have declared class suspensions in some parts of the country due to the aftermath of Typhoon Ompong.
The cl(–foul word(s) removed–) on Tuesday (September 18, 2018) have been suspended in several areas due to the devastation left by Typhoon Mangkhut.
Ompong lashed the country with intense winds and heavy rains causing flash floods and landslides over some parts of the country.
The typhoon leaves the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Sunday (September 17) but continues to enhance the southwest monsoon.
However, the aftermath left by the powerful storm prompted some local government units to declare class suspensions.
