Work Suspensions In Following DFA Offices (Sept 14-15)
The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has declared work suspensions in some of the consular offices due to the Typhoon Ompong.
On September 14 (Friday) and 15 (Saturday), 2018, the work in some DFA offices have been canceled because of the effects of Typhoon Mangkhut.
Ompong carrying ferocious winds and heavy is currently traveling across the country affecting the nation’s weather system.
The work suspensions have been declared to ensure the safety of the employees from the possible disastrous effects of the typhoon.
Here are the consular offices of DFA covered by the work cancellations:
- La Union
- Ilocos Norte
