Enrique Gil Not Anymore Part of Darna’s Casts

ENRIQUE GIL – Actor Enrique Gil revealed the reason why he was removed from the casts of Darna.

Young Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano has prepared well for her upcoming Darna movie. It will be under the direction of filmmaker Erik Matti. The avid watchers of the ABS-CBN fantasy series Bagani could really notice that she became slimmer.

Liza worked with her rumored boyfriend Enrique Gil in the said TV series. It was on August 17, 2018 when it aired its final episode. Currently, the LizQuen fans and supporters are excited for the new projects of the two celebrities.

However, many were saddened when Enrique Gil confirmed that he’s not anymore part of the casts of Darna.

Based on a report on Pep, at the Bagani press conference, Enrique Gil revealed that he’s supposed to be part of the movie. He shared that a meeting was already held and as well as a story conference.

“Maganda yung character… A couple of weeks after, they called me back. Kumbaga, sabi nila huwag na ituloy,” he said.

Enrique added that his participation was cancelled as he was offered another project. The young actor was tight-lipped about the upcoming project.

“Basta abangan po nila,” he said.

Based on the report, Liza Soberano has earlier expressed that what she knows is that Darna has no leading man. According to her, she has a “love interest” but she has no leading man.

The Kapamilya young actress has already started taping for her Narda scenes. With regards to his rumored girlfriend’s slimmer look, Enrique Gil expressed that “she really works out really hard”.

“Sa diet niya, sa kinakain niya, everyday. It shows, it shows… She’s doing a great job, siya talaga ang Darna,” he said.
