It can be recalled that the two Kapamilya stars previously did movies together. Their tandem brought so much “kilig” to their fans who avidly watched them together on screen.
In 2008, they starred together in “A Very Special Love”. A year after that, the sequel of their tandem happened in the movie “You Changed My Life”.
The third movie project that they were together was the “It Takes A Man and A Woman” which they done in 2014.
On that same year, their onscreen partnership resulted to something good, Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz was hailed as the Box-Office King and Queen of the Box Office Entertainment Awards.
With the obvious good chemistry between them, their fans started to anticipate that there could be something more than what they see on screen.

The last movie they did together was ‘Finally Found Someone’ last July 2017.
