George Clooney Ranked First In The Highest-Paid Actor In The World

GEORGE CLOONEY – Famous American actor George Clooney tops the list of the world’s highest-paid actors in the world, with a paycheck of $239M.

The actor topped Forbes’ yearly list, which tallies both onscreen and extracurricular earnings in our 12-month scoring frame.

Clooney recently is the co-owner and founder of the Casamigos, a tequila company, which is one of the main sources and reason how he topped the list. Casamigos was founded in 2013 by Clooney along with nightlife entrepreneur Rande Gerber and real estate tycoon Mike Meldman.

In an interview with CBC, the actor said that he wouldn’t have said yes four years ago if they had a billion-dollar company.

According to a report in Forbes, George’s tequila company eases up Johnson, who rank 2nd with $131 million. Johnson, meanwhile, tallied the largest ever acting take-home from front-of-camera roles in Celebrity 100 history. This is due to huge paychecks and a cut of profits on blockbusters including the film “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle”.

Johnson further said on Forbes that social media has become the most critical element of marketing a movie, for him at least.

As per the report, he added that he established a social media equity with an audience around the world that there’s a value in what I’m delivering to them.
