RAMON  TULFO – The Filipino broadcaster and columnist Ramon Tulfo shared a video of his “PGH Experience” which eventually went viral.

Social media has already become the platform for a lot of people to place their cry for justice. It has been always someone’s resort to share and let out their complaints about what they find is an injustice.

According to the caption written along with the video, his driver has bumped a child along a crowded place in Navotas. They immediately sought medical attention for the little girl as they have thought that the incident was an emergency.

From Navotas, they took the child to PGH to which, according to netizens, was an hour drive from the place of the untoward incident.

The caption says:

“My driver bumped a six-year-old girl playing in a congested street of Navotas while we were on a convoy on the way back to our office at Ortigas Center, Pasig, from a relief operation in the town. My staff and I rushed the child to the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) emergency room.”

“The ER doctor, Jay Guerrero, did not want to give the child first aid treatment, saying he didn’t want it recorded on video. No amount of pleading from me to attend to the young patient would budge the good doctor.”

Watch the video below:

This has then gathered various reactions from the netizens. Some have agreed that even in other public hospitals, some of the staffs have the same attitude towards their poor patients.

However, some comments contradicted the post for patients brought in ER, as per one comment, need to undergo triage where the vital signs are needed, thus, will eventually lead the patient to the right department for proper medication.

What can you say about this?

  1. Mr. Tulfo was obviously only after the publicity and pogi points. If it was truly an emergency they should have brought the child to the nearest Hospital not PGH. He and his siblings are really just bullies

  2. Tulfo the idiot doesn’t even realize that Triage is already part of the (removed)ment and management of the patient… he keeps insisting that first aid should be done… how do we know what first aid should be given when we have not even (removed)sed the patient… a true idiot, just like his siblings tsk tsk tsk.
