Solenn Heussaff Posts Suggestions To Ease Traffic
SOLENN HEUSSAFF – Actress Solenn Heussaff reacted to the driver-only or one-person car ban rule in EDSA.
Undeniably, the traffic in certain areas in the Philippines particularly in Metro Manila is affecting a lot of people everyday. Many need to wake up early in order for them not to be stuck in the traffic and arrive late for school or work.
Due to the worsening traffic condition, the authorities are coming up with certain measures in the hope of alleviating it. One rule that is eyed to ease the traffic in EDSA is the driver-only or one-person car ban rule.
The said rule elicited different reactions from the people most especially from those who own private vehicles. Some are in favor of it seeing it as a way to ease the traffic while others are concerned about its possible effects.

One of those who are not in favor of the driver-only or one-person car ban rule is actress Solenn Heussaff. She and her husband Nico Bolzico are both working individuals.
In a Tweet, Solenn stated that the rule is not safe for the driver and as well as the passenger as it is either the driver or the passenger that may be attacked by the other person. In another post on her Twitter account, the actress cited suggestions on what can be done to ease the traffic.
According to her, trains can be added and bus and jeepney drivers can be educated.
The one person car rule is so dangerous: either the person driver will get mugged OR person in car can kidnap or abuse person to ride. SERIOUSLY!!! what is happening here! Ugh!!!!

It’s just in Edsa during rush hour. I always drive alone but if it will help, then so be it.

I believe people are already educated, it should be on the enforcement. Ienforce ng maayos yung mga laws para sumunod mga tao.

These are far from what “they” can afford, they say. Eto dapat yung gawin pero mas inuna pa yung one person one car rule. NKKLK!!
