Federalism Video Of Mocha Uson, Drew Olivar Sparks Reaction From Sara Duterte

Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio Reacts To Mocha Uson, Blogger’s Federalism Game Show Video

FEDERALISM – Presidential daughter and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio reacted to the viral video of Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson and blogger Drew Olivar.

The viral game show video of PCOO Asec. Mocha Uson and her co-host, Drew Olivar, gathered different comments from the people. There are those who believe that it has raised the awareness campaign on federalism while there are those who were disappointed by what they did.

Among those who were disappointed by the actions of the PCOO Asec. is former Senate President Aquilino ‘Koko’ Pimentel III. The Senator, just like President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, is an advocate of federalism.

According to Sen. Pimentel, PCOO Asec. Mocha Uson needs to take a leave and to study. There were also other lawmakers who did not like what the PCOO Asec. and her co-host did.

For her part, PCOO Asec. Mocha Uson clarified that their game show has nothing to do with the draft that the Consultative Committee (ConCom) is doing and as well as the “informative drive”. She also encourages the people to keep their attention on the important issues now.

Based on a recent report on ABS-CBN News, in an interview in Camarines Sur, Presidential daughter and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio revealed her side on the viral video of the PCOO Asec. and her co-host.

According to Mayor Inday Sara, she thinks that Uson should be more “circumspect” with regards to her actions as she is already an official of the government. Meanwhile, the presidential daughter also expressed that they are right in wanting to widen the campaign for federalism.

“Siguro ‘yung messaging lang ayusin,” the Davao City Mayor said.

Based on the report, Mayor Duterte was in Camarines Sur for the oath-taking ceremony for El Verde Youth for Climate Action. He was invited by Camarines Sur Governor Migz Villafuerte to be the guest of honor following her city helping their place when Typhoon Nina hit in 2016.
