Albay Radio Broadcaster Left Dead Following Ambush
ALBAY RADIO BROADCASTER – DWZR Zoom Radio broadcaster Joey Llana encountered an ambush, July 20.
Previously, several politicians lost their lives after having been shot by unidentified people. Based on a report, among those whose families, friends, and constituents are crying for justice over their deaths are the late Tanauan City, Batangas Mayor Antonio Halili and General Tinio, Nueva Ecija Mayor Ferdinand Bote.
The families, friends, and constituents of Trece Martires, Cavite Vice Mayor Alex Lubigan also want justice for his death after he lost his life in an ambush in front of a hospital in his town. Sapa-Sapa town, Tawi-Tawi Vice Mayor Al-Rashid Mohammad Ali also died after being shot by an unidentified person in Zamboanga.
Following a series of politicians losing their lives after having been shot by unidentified people, an Albay Radio Broadcaster encountered an ambush that left him dead this morning, Friday.
Based on a report in Remate, the incident that took the life of the Albay Radio Broadcaster happened outside his house in Barangay Peñafrancia, Daraga, Albay.
The initial report said that DWZR Zoom Radio broadcaster Joey Llana was already in his car and it was getting out of the garage when unidentified people attacked him at 4:45 in the morning.
Based on the report, the family of the Albay Radio Broadcaster claimed that he has received a “death threat” prior to the incident. The police are still investigating the incident.
