How’s the relationship between Sunshine Cruz’s daughter and her ex-husband Cesar Montano?
SUNSHINE CRUZ – Kapuso actress Sunshine Cruz was asked to describe the relationship existing between her three daughters and her ex-husband Cesar Montano.
Celebrity ex-couple Sunshine Cruz and Cesar Montano have three daughters who are now young ladies – Samantha Angeline Manhilot, Angel Francheska Manhilot, and Angelina Isabelle Manhilot.
Based on a report, Sunshine and Cesar were a couple for more than ten years before they separated. It was in 2013 when the two celebrities parted ways following infidelity allegations on the part of the actor.
Sunshine Cruz and Cesar Montano’s three daughters are living with their mother. She has always been vocal that she highly values her work as an actress so she can provide for her children.
Recently, Cesar Montano became the center of controversy over the Buhay Carinderia project. He was the Chief Operating Officer of the Tourism Promotions Board of the Department of Tourism but he left his post after the controversy sparked.
Based on a recent report in Pep, speaking to the press at the media launch of her daytime television series Kapag Nahati Ang Puso under GMA-7, Sunshine Cruz admitted that her daughters are affected by the allegations against their father.
According to the Kapuso actress, she told her children that they should not be affected as she’s working hard to provide for them. She also told them to pray for Cesar as he is their dad.
“Hangga’t maaari, hindi ko tinuturuan magtanim ng sama ng loob yung mga bata sa kanya,” she said.
Based on the report, when asked to describe the relationship of her daughters with Cesar Montano, Sunshine Cruz gave a short reply.
“Bumati naman sila nung Father’s Day,” the actress said.
Meanwhile, Sunshine stressed that a father will always be the father and they are hoping that things would be fixed.
With regards to the relationship of her daughters with Macky Mathay, the actress’ boyfriend, she expressed that he is always there for them and they appreciate it.
