OLD WOMAN – The situation of this old woman beside the street touches and broken hearts as her photo goes viral after posting.
Social media, ever since it was born, had become the platform of the people to express themselves, share stories, and among other things that one can possibly do with it.
Moreover, social media is also where one person can possibly change and help his fellow by sharing one’s story and to spread awareness.
Just like the miserable and unfortunate situation of this old woman who was captured beside the streets.
“Nakakaiyak. Kawawa naman si lola, sobrang tanda na kumakayod pa rin. Dapat nasa bahay na lang at nagpapahinga. Kung sino man po nakaka alam sa kinaroroonan ng matanda na ito pwede paki bigay alam para matulungan ng may magandang puso at busilak ang kalooban.”
The old woman was shot sitting in front of the products she sells. This is despite the fact that she is already old and very deserving to rest.
As much as everyone is probably aware of, old age’s effects come in the shrinking of muscles, thinning of the skin, aging of organs which sometimes lead to illnesses and deterioration of health, and among others.
One commenter from the post as shared on the Facebook page Matalinong Matsing said, “Please tag #KMJS para mapansin si LOLa kawawa naman po siya kong may anak man c lola please wag nio pag trabahuin si lola matanda na sia at nasa kalsada ang panganib marami mga sasakyan ayuko magaya sia sa nag trending na mag ice cream na tinakbuhan lang ng jepney driver.”
