Cloudy Skies With Scattered Rains To Affect Some Parts Of The Country, PAGASA Says

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that cloudy skies with scattered rains due to southwest monsoon will affect some parts of the country.

On Tuesday (July 03, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that some parts of the country would experience cloudy weather conditions with a chance of rain.

The weather agency said that the “Habagat” or known as southwest monsoon will mostly affect the western section of Luzon and Visayas.

The monsoon was expected to bring cloudy skies accompanied by scattered rain and thunderstorms over Palawan and Western Visayas.

Heavy rains with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are also expected over Pampanga and Bulacan.

PAGASA also warned the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods and landslides.

Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy weather condition with isolated rain will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
