Sharon Cuneta is definitely one of the stars who are always at the center of the spotlight because of the undeniable talent and contribution as an artist in the entertainment industry.
However, along with the praises and fame are the criticisms as well. But the Megastar has not backed down to any of it.

And recently, the veteran actress has posted something on Facebook about the story behind the Rolex watch she gave her father.
In a post, she shared that she found out the classic watch when she decided to clean up her safe one night as she was feeling sad.
“I remember my Dad and I agreeing to keep it a secret. So when Mom noticed the watch and asked from whom it was, Daddy said it was from our dear family friend Mr. Nano Nocom.”
Moreover, she stated, “But Mom found out agad na it was from me pala – kasi naman sa City Hall where Dad was working (he was Mayor of Pasay then), pinapagmalaki niya na “Galing sa anak kong si Sharon ito!” to anyone who cared to listen! Nagselos si Elaine. Napabili ako bigla ng isa pang Rolex for her.”
Thus, sparked reactions that the Megastar is bragging about her expensive possessions which hinted at how wealthy she is.
