Mariel Padilla Narrates What Happened When She Went Back To Work
MARIEL PADILLA – Returning It’s Showtime host Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla revealed the reason why she had a breakdown at the hallway of ABS-CBN.
Celebrity couple Robin Padilla and Mariel Padilla have a one-year-old daughter named Maria Isabella based on a report. The Kapamilya TV host has just returned to her showbiz career after quite a long break to dedicate her time to being a wife and a mother.
Robin admitted that although he supports his wife on her decision to return to her work, it took quite a while before he agreed with what she wants considering their daughter.
On June 18, Mariel Padilla made a comeback on the ABS-CBN noontime variety show It’s Showtime. Many of her fans and supporters are very happy to see her on screen again. Mariel is also visibly happy to be back on the show.
Meanwhile, after a long time of being with her daughter everyday, Mariel Padilla would inevitably miss her little one. She even had a breakdown at the hallway of ABS-CBN after seeing a clip showing Isabella knocking at the door of her room thinking she was just sleeping inside.
That is what the Kapamilya TV host revealed during her appearance on Magandang Buhay based on a recent report in ABS-CBN News.
“Iniyakan ko ‘yon… Nagbi-breakdown ako roon. Umiiyak ako talaga. Kasi siyempre wala siyang kaalam-alam, hindi niya alam na ‘yung mommy niya ay umalis,” she said.
It caused Mariel Padilla to right away make a request to the management of the Kapamilya show if she can be allowed to go to work only three times a week.
Robin’s wife shared that what she usually does in the morning is change the diaper of Isabella and give her milk then go back to sleep that is why her daughter thought she was just at the room sleeping.
Based on the report, when Mariel Padilla got home after her first day on Showtime, she saw that Isabella is okay. She bathed her daughter and then the little girl slept.
