Kris Aquino Speaks on Relationship with Mayor Herbert Bautista
KRIS AQUINO – I Love You, Hater actress Kris Aquino revealed a detail about the Europe trip of Quezon City Mayor Herbert ‘Bistek’ Bautista.
It is no secret to the public that actress Kris Aquino and Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista had a short-lived romance before. The politician even proposed for marriage to the actress twice.
Based on a report, considering their responsibilities, Kris and Herbert did not marry each other. Both of the celebrities have children from their previous relationships and the kids are still schooling.
As per another report, during the press conference for her new film I Love You, Hater with young actor Joshua Garcia and young actress Julia Barretto, Kris Aquino spoke on her relationship with Mayor Herbert Bautista.
According to Kris Aquino, she even told Mayor Herbert Bautista that she is willing to give up her being ‘Kris Aquino’ for him but it is still not enough for the politician.
Meanwhile, based on a recent report in Pep, at the same event, the Queen of All Media clarified that she and Herbert are not enemies and he knows that she will never be his enemy.
According to the actress, Herbert also knows that she will forever be thankful to him for being there when “nobody was there” and everyone thought that she will be nothing. She even asked the politician if he did it because he cared or because he feels that he has done something wrong against her.
“Tapos sabi niya na, ‘All of the above.’ So, I think ngayon, nasabi ko ‘to, I’m already in an okay place,” she said.
Based on the report, during the press con, Kris Aquino revealed that Mayor Herbert Bautista was texting her when he was in Europe with his children and the mother of his children. Her revelation came after she was asked if, in her heart, she feels that closure is what is needed for her and the politician.
“I think, in order to reassure me, he’s texting, nangangamusta and all, and keeping in touch,” she said.
According to the actress, she felt that he does not have to do it as it was his time with them and she did not ask him to give it to her. She also expressed that she told him that an association with her is not beneficial to him.
“Sabi ko, ‘Kasi ang layo pa ng pupuntahan mo in politics. An association with me now is not beneficial to you,” she said.
