Why Kris Aquino thinks she cannot have a TV show in ABS-CBN?
KRIS AQUINO – Actress Kris Aquino was straightforward on her reason why she thinks she cannot have a television show under the ABS-CBN network.
Many of the fans and supporters of actress Kris Aquino are excited to see her comeback on the big screen. Based on a report, she is starring in the upcoming movie I Love You, Hater alongside Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto.
For quite a while, Kris was inactive in her showbiz career. Meanwhile, she remained connected to her fans and supporters through the social media. She was often seen going on out-of-the-country trips with her two sons Josh and Bimby.
Recently, a media launch was held for I Love You, Hater and the fans and supporters of Kris Aquino were thrilled by the revelations of the actress during the event.
According to a report, at the event, Kris Aquino did the request of the press to remove her blazer and she even went in the middle of the stage to flaunt her figure. Addressing to a “mayor”, she expressed that it is what the politician is “missing”.
The actress is seemingly referring to Mayor Herbert Bautista, her former flame. They were romantically involved before but they cut it for the sake of the responsibilities that they have to fulfill.
Aside from details about her love life, Kris Aquino was also asked about her showbiz career. Based on a report in Pep, she was asked at the press conference if she will do a TV show. The actress admitted that she thinks she cannot do a Kapamilya TV show.
“I know the realities of life and I also know that their franchise is at stake. I’m being honest, diretsahan na ‘yan. Why would they risk it by giving me a show?” she said.
Kris Aquino expressed that the supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte do not like her although she and the President do not have an issue. Based on the report, the franchise of the Kapamilya network will expire in 2020.
