Mendoza said that Domeng is the fourth storm to enter the country this year that would bring localized thunderstorms and would damp Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

PAGASA also warned the residents of Visayas, Mindanao and the regions of Bicol, Calabarzon, and Mimaropa to be always prepared for possible flashfloods and landslides.

The weather agency said that Domeng might not hit land but could enhance the southwest monsoon with rains and thunderstorms.
