Another student from a less-fortunate family lands top 3 in the recent CPA board exam through her perseverance and dedication to get her family out of poverty.
Eddielyn Morfe, a graduate of BS in Accountancy secured the third spot at the CPA licensure examination despite the hardships of life.
Morfe came from a poor family; her father is a tricycle driver and her mother is an ambulant vendor.
The parents of the board topnotcher did their best to send Morfe to college despite facing hardships and difficulties in earning money to meet their daily expenses.
Eddielyn graduated magna cum laude at Isabela State University-Echague campus in Echague, Isabela.
Like other graduates, Eddielyn has decided to take the board examination and luckily lands top 3 with a rating of 91.00 making her parents more proud of her.
Morfe will sign an auditing firm in Metro Manila for her first job after passing the board examination.
