The production of YFSF-Kids defends the controversial performance of Sheena Belarmino.

SHEENA BELARMINO – The production of ‘Your Face Sounds Familiar-Kids’ finally speaks up regarding the controversial “Starships” performance of Sheena Belarmino.

According to a previous report, one of the kid contestants of the show, Sheena Belarmino, has ignited controversy following performance of Nicki Minaj’s “Starship”.

The people got confused whether the child has said the explicit word as included in the original lyrics of the song and the management just let it or not and they have just mistakenly heard the curse word.

A lot of people have reacted about the matter but there were also who defended the child performer. Listen to it below:

On Twitter, this has ignited online dispute to which one of the netizens even indicated, “I’m having second thoughts why they allowed “MOTHER(–foul word(s) removed–)ER” to be mentioned in the song, given that its a kid singing the song.”

Thus, the production of the program, through their official Twitter account, has clarified the issue and the defended the kid contestant.

In a post, they have said, “Kafamiliars, we would like to inform you that all the lyrics that our celebrity kid performers sing are clean versions. Sabi po ni Sheena “Mother Mother”
