President Duterte Nearly Visits Psychiatrist For Evaluation
President Rodrigo Duterte has nearly visited a psychiatrist for a mental evaluation as a response to the challenge of the UN Chief.
Previously, UN Human Right Chief Zeid Ra’ad al Hussein was challenging President Duterte to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
Agnes Callamard, a special rapporteur of UN launch a series of tirades and criticisms towards the Philippine president.
“I was criticized by a human rights commissioner, or the highest guy, maybe Duterte needs to go to the psychiatrist,” Duterte said.
Mr. Duterte has nearly accepted the challenge of Hussein to visit a psychiatrist for checkup due to criticisms but National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon stopped him.
Esperon said that he told Duterte to totally forget it and accept the insults because Hussein is related to King Abdullah of Jordan.
It can be remembered that the Philippine government received two attack helicopters from Jordan last Tuesday (May 22, 2018) since the country could not afford to buy a new one.
Duterte has been the center of issues and controversies in UN due to his anti-illegal drug campaign, which linked to Extrajudicial Killings (EJKs).
