Recently, a Facebook user named “Rene Bondal” has questioned the educational attainment of Senator Sotto.
In the post, Bondal said that Senator Aquilino Martin “Koko” de la Llana Pimentel III is a BAR topnotcher but questioned on what bar did Sotto came from.
