Netizen Tags Bacolod As No. 1 City Wherein “Talamak Ang Adik Na Mga Barker”
A netizen has tagged Bacolod (City of Smiles) as number one city wherein “Talamak ang adik na mga barker’, which is now making rounds online.
Nowadays, illegal drugs had been the major concern of the government not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world.
In 2016, President Rodrigo Duterte has launched the anti-illegal drug campaign aiming to reduce the rate of criminality in the country.
Recently, a Facebook user named Alan Richard Bisula Lacson has called Bacolod City as the number city wherein ‘Barkers’ who were allegedly drug addicts can be found everywhere in the area.
In the post, Lacson said that Bacolod is the city where he found a huge number of ‘barkers’ who seemed to be drug addicts were scattered along the street.
